5.0 Global Committee Limitations Policies: UUA Governance Manual Section Five

As adopted October 2011.

The Committees of the Association shall be accountable to the General Assembly. In between meetings of the General Assembly, the Board acts on behalf of the Assembly as per the bylaws. Committees of the Board are accountable to the Board at all times.

5.1 General Assembly Planning Committee. The General Assembly Planning Committee (GAPC) is responsible for the arrangements, programs and meetings to be held in connection with General Assembly, subject to the overall policy and direction established by the General Assembly.
