District Presidents Association

The District Presidents Association serves as the primary advocate for districts and emerging regions within our  Unitarian Universalist Association. We listen and lead, imagine and model, to realize the goals and aspirations of our Unitarian Universalist faith.

Current Headlines

Justice General Assembly in Phoenix (2012) was unique, and so was the District Presidents Association participation in it. District Presidents were pleased to be able to assist in coordination of witness events, as well as in the protection of those participating in such events. For the DPA, as well as for all who attended Justice GA, this was a transforming experience.

The District Presidents Association continues to explore the role of districts in the UUA, as well as the potential for increased regional collaboration. Each region, made up of 3-4 districts, is approaching this in their own way, but we are all communicating and sharing experiences as we move along this path.
