Off-site GA Planning Team
The Off-site General Assembly (GA) Planning Team is meeting to oversee the process for Off-site delegate participation in 2012. Votes will be counted for decision-making. The process includes:
- Allowing off-site delegates to watch, listen, and speak during plenary sessions
- Allowing off-site delegates to listen, speak and vote during business mini-assemblies
- Secure credentialing, voting, and tabulation for off-site delegates
- Recruiting, educating, and supporting Off-site delegates before and during GA.
The members of the team include volunteers and Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) staff. Minutes of meetings will be posted online. Read more about the planning process here.
