Section C-10.7. Responsibility for Investments.
- Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall have ultimate responsibility for investing the funds belonging to or held by the Association.
- Investment Committee. The Investment Committee shall supervise the investments of the Association subject to control by the Board of Trustees.
