Section 5.8. General Assembly Planning Committee.
The General Assembly Planning Committee shall consist of eight elected members and two members appointed by the Board of Trustees at its first meeting following the regular General Assembly in each odd-numbered year. No elected member shall serve on the Committee for more than two four-year terms in succession. The appointed members shall serve for terms of two years and until their successors are appointed and qualified. The Committee shall be responsible for arrangements for General Assembly and programs and meetings to be held in connection therewith. It may establish subcommittees of its members and may delegate part or all of its powers to them.
