Section 5.16. Transition Provision.
- Members of the Nominating Committee elected at the regular General Assembly in 2013 shall be elected to three-year terms.
- Members of the Nominating Committee elected prior to the regular General Assembly in 2013 may serve their full six-year terms.
- For elections at any regular General Assembly before 2018, no person shall be eligible for nomination for a term on the Nominating Committee that would result in more than six years of continuous service.
- This transition provision shall automatically be deleted from the bylaws following the regular General Assembly in 2017.
