Bart in His Own Way –

I joined the YaYA Office in 2014. As a lifelong UU, I have a great passion for youth and young adult ministry. I served the First Unitarian Universalist Church of New Orleans as Director of Religious Education before returning to my hometown of Boston for this role. I bring ten years of UUA leadership experience from a variety of volunteer roles.

As a product of UU youth and young adult ministry and leadership opportunities, I feel my life has been greatly impacted by my involvement in Unitarian Universalism, and I hope to support the creation of opportunities for others to be inspired by their faith. I am excited to be back home in Boston for the outdoor experiences winter brings, including hockey and ice-skating, and hope to be able to visit New Orleans frequently to partake in all the joy that happens there. – Bart.
