2005 Responsive Resolution
Be it resolved:To further the connection between our investment strategies and UU values, the Unitarian Universalist Association affirms ethical corporate governance principles which include (a) performance-based executive compensation that considers a company's impact on all stakeholders, and (b) full disclosure of charitable giving and political activities.
