Current Social Witness Issues
"Peacemaking" was adopted at General Assembly 2006 in St. Louis, MO, to be the Congregational Study/Action Issue (CSAI) for 2006-2010. A Statement of Conscience has been drafted, which will be voted upon by delegates at General Assembly (GA) in 2009.
"Ethical Eating" was selected at General Assembly 2008 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to be the Congregational Study/Action Issue for 2008-2012.
