Local Law Enhancement Hate Crimes Prevention Act (LLEHCPA)
The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act would provide expanded authority for federal officials to investigate and prosecute hate crimes—including those in which the bias violence occurs because of the victim's gender identity, sexual orientation, gender, or disability.
