- Cordless microphone
Preparation for Activity
- Be sure that participants have made nametags. If some have not, pass around nametag materials before participants introduce themselves.
Description of Activity
Introduce the activity with these or similar words:Please speak your name into the gathering. As we listen to one another's names, let us hold one another in gratitude. In doing so, may we create a common spirit of generosity and community.
Invite participants to take turns saying their names slowly and clearly. If you are using a microphone, pass it to the first participant.
