Description of Activity
Gather participants in a circle. Invite volunteers to light the chalice and offer the words provided below or their own. If no one volunteers, lead the chalice lighting yourself.
At times our own light goes out
And is rekindled by a spark from another person.
Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude
Of those who have lighted the flame
Within us.
