Can we collaborate with a local United Church of Christ (UCC) church to offer the program?
Some Unitarian Universalist (UU) congregations have successfully done so. The key to working with a church of another faith is to make the faith-based components of each session relevant to both faiths. Sexuality and Our Faith includes separate companion materials for UU and United Church of Christ (UCC) settings. These materials can be combined or adapted.
Be aware that not all UCC congregations are familiar with Our Whole Lives, and for a variety of reasons, may not be ready to implement it.
