Several Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) staff members are available to help groups use this Code and respond to actual and perceived violations of it. The primary staff member who works with young adult groups around ethics and ethics violations is the Director of Young Adult and Campus Ministry. The Director for Congregational Services is the primary staff person who assists congregations in dealing with issues of sexual ethics and sexual misconduct, and is another resource for young adult and campus groups dealing with these issues.
The UUA Office of Young Adult and Campus Ministry is committed to providing training and consultation for young adult and campus ministry groups, communities and conferences around ethics and ethical leadership. This includes consultations and guidance around implementing this Code of Ethics and to responding to conflict situations that arise in your group. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
