Community Covenant
For use in Lifespan Faith Development Settings with Adults or Youth
Submitted by Rev. Pat Hoertdoerfer, with attribution to the Spiritual Eldering Institute.
We honor and respect the confidentiality of what is spoken here,
Concerning personal histories or current issues.
We actively participate and support the sharing of the group,
One another's contribution and pace.
We listen without judgment,
And support each other in a loving manner.
We exercise our personal right to refrain from any activity that violates our boundaries.
We are free to excuse ourselves from an activity, if necessary, to protect our sense of well being.
