Our culture does not place enough value on guiding the young. Sometimes, as a result, we don't feel the value of the work ourselves. We forget how important it is to support and care for the youngest in our communities. Take a moment and remember those adults in your life who nurtured you along the way. These are significant people. You are a significant person.
