Fall 2012 Children's Series Field Test Application
Sing to the Power (Grades 4/5) for the 2012-13 congregational year.
To apply to field test a Tapestry of Faith children's program, please copy and paste the questions below into an email or a Word document, complete the application, and send to fieldtest @ uua.org or (hard copy) Alicia LeBlanc, Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) Resource Development Office, 25 Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02108.
