Renee Boisvert, DRE Unitarian Church of Calgary, Alberta, Canada It takes a village to provide quality Religious Education programming. There are many fun ways to contribute. Offer your time, skills, and interests, even if only for an hour or two this year. All the little projects add up to create a well-rounded and worthwhile program. Thanks for helping us grow! Please consider the areas in which you would be willing to share your time:
How often are you able and willing to share your time?
What knowledge, skills, and talents could you share with a group of children? Consider career, hobbies, interests, arts and crafts, education, travels, family history, perhaps even spiritual ideology. The things you take for granted might be the things that would be most appreciated! Go ahead -- write a list! I promise that even if you write fifty things down, we won't call you more than 12 times. And I encourage you to "just say no" when you have enough on your plate! We just want a comprehensive list of potential resources. |
