Yes. Our Whole Lives, when used without Sexuality and Our Faith, is a comprehensive sexuality education program that contains no religious references. A growing number of secular organizations, such as youth-serving agencies, youth groups, sexuality education organizations, and alternative schools use Our Whole Lives, because it is one of the best resources for sexuality education available.
