Welcome, Pat Kahn! Judith A. Frediani, Curriculum Director for the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA), is pleased to announce that Patricia (Pat) Kahn will be the Association’s new Children and Families Program Director, beginning in November.
A credentialed religious educator, Pat most recently served the UU Congregation of Atlanta (GA). Pat has also been a leader in the MidSouth District and a mentor to congregations of all sizes, particularly in the South.
As a leader in the Liberal Religious Educators Association (LREDA), Pat has served on the Board, on the Integrity Team, as a credentialing mentor, and as a Chapter leader. She is a UUA Renaissance program graduate as well as a module facilitator and co-author.
“Pat’s congregational and community work has been multifaith, multicultural and multigenerational,” said Frediani. “Her rich experiences will serve UUism well by helping her to nurture and maintain multicultural and multigenerational congregations in her new position.”
