Spill the Basket - Letters to the Editor

Dear Synapse,

I think this last Synapse on spirituality might have been my savior. I always have a lot on my mind, so going to my well-meaning, but youthfully unfulfilling, service on Sunday mornings has never done much for me. So one Sunday I came to church, the only committed youth as usual, and could bear neither the density of the service nor the simplicity of the Religious Education (RE) program. Instead, I went into an empty room and picked up a copy of Synapse, determined to have something Unitarian Universalist (UU). It filled me better than home-made apple pie. It made me think, it went straight to my heart, and I remembered why UUism really is a religion. So I just want to thank the editors, writers, and contributors of synapse, and the incredible youth office staff for keeping me motivated and inspired.

Much love,
Erica Lindegren
