Military chaplain Cynthia Kane

The Rev. Cynthia Kane is a Unitarian Universalist minister serving on active duty as a chaplain in the U.S. Navy. Recently she returned from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where she served a six-month deployment. She is stationed aboard the USS John C. Stennis, an aircraft carrier based in Bremerton, Washington. Later this year, she will move to San Diego to be a part of the Pacific Southwest Region Spiritual Fitness Center.
