Elaine Nelson has served faithfully as the UU-UNO Envoy at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church of Washington County, Hillsboro, Oregon for many years. We have been a Blue Ribbon congregation since 2012 and have hosted a UN Sunday every fall since 1999.
