Liberal Religious Educators Association

The Liberal Religious Educators Association (LREDA) is an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, multicultural, welcoming, professional organization open to liberal religious educators and those supportive of religious education whatever their age, race/ethnicity, class, gender, gender identity, physical ability, and sexual orientation.

LREDA advocates for and supports religious educators and the field of liberal religious education.

LREDA provides a support network for religious educators and offers opportunities for professional growth and renewal through its Chapters, Identity Groups, Annual Fall Conference, Professional Day, and the Sophia Lyon Fahs Lecture.

LREDA advances the field of Unitarian Universalist faith development, engages in the transformative power of shared ministry and challenges systems of oppression.
