Leadership Development Board
The Leadership Development Board (LDB), a volunteer board that reports to the Unitarian Universalist Musicians Network (UUMN), has jurisdiction over music leadership credentialing. It makes rules governing music leadership credentialing as well as policies and procedures related to music leadership credentialing. The LDB grants the music leadership credential and governs the rules and policies which apply. The LDB also has the authority to suspend or terminate a music leadership credential. The LDB is a 7 member board appointed by the UUMN President. The Music Leadership Credentialing Director and the Credentialing Program Assistant are ex-officio members of the Board.
