Magazine Ads for Your Congregation
The following ads appear in Time Magazine. All are designed to provoke curiosity and interest. Each ad invites folks searching for an open-minded religious community to explore Unitarian Universalism (UUism).The ads noted below are for viewing only. The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) is also providing these ads in a press-quality format adapted for congregations to use in their local advertising. These ads are also available in black and white.
"Is God Keeping You From Going to Church?" (PDF) appears in the October 15, 2007, issue of Time Magazine.
"Find Us and Ye Shall Seek" (PDF) is the message of a two-page "advertorial" that appears in the November 5, 2007, issue of Time Magazine. That two-page ad has been adapted to a one-page ad for congregational use.
"When in Doubt, Pray. When in Prayer, Doubt." (PDF) appears in the April 14, 2008, issue of Time Magazine.
"My God is better than Your God." (PDF) appears in the May 12, 2008, issue of Time Magazine.
These ads are available in PDF format only. Congregations can place their name and contact information in the lower left hand corner, parallel to the UUA logo.
Before sending the high resolution PDF files that your congregation will need for print publication of these ads, the UUA is requesting a signed release form (Word) (PDF), to help track the use and the impact of the ads.
