Congregational Committments (or Responsibilities)

When you have completed the BCT Request Form (Word) (PDF, 4 pages), mail a check for $250, payable to the UUA; it must be received within one month of receipt of the request.
Communicate with the team leader via telephone, letter, or email about the weekend visit.
Send a sample order of service to the team leader and discern who will lead which pieces of the service.
Provide lunch for the team (most search committees feed the congregation) if the workshop is held on Sunday.
Provide workshop supplies. Workshop supplies include newsprint (10 sheets minimum), masking tape, easels (1-3), and markers (non-scented) for the leaders. All participants should have a pen or pencil.
Publicize the weekend in the congregational newsletter, announcements, bulletin, and other appropriate venues. Publicity Flyer/ Congregational Invitation (Word) (PDF, 1 page)
