How do I get a list of my congregation's members?
To view and print the list of members that Data Services has on file for your congregation, log in to the Data Services Login for Congregations with your congregation's ID number and password. After you log in, scroll down and select "View and Print UU World Circulation List".Each household that contains a congregation member can receive a copy of UU World as part of your congregation's Unitarian Universalist Association ( UUA) membership. Note that the list now includes everyone in your congregation, including those who have requested not to get UU World or for whom we don't have a valid address. If you see the note "Invalid Address" next to an entry, please let us know a new address for this household, so they can receive their copy of the magazine.
Ideally, each congregation should review and update the Circulation List on a quarterly basis so that new members can receive UU World (published in February, May, August, and November) as soon as possible. To see the quarterly "data deadlines" when you'll need to submit membership changes in time for each mailing, please refer to the "What's New" box at the top of the Data Services home page. Please do not update the Circulation List more frequently than once every three months, and be aware that it will take four to eight weeks before these changes are processed.
