How do I use the online system to submit our membership numbers?
Log into the Data Services Login Page for Congregations. Once you are logged in you can choose to certify your congregation's membership and statistical data. Do this by selecting "Certify Membership Numbers." You can also update your directory information, including the congregation's mailing and meeting addresses, phone number, email, etc. To update your directory information click the "Begin Certification of Membership" button.If you make a mistake in your directory information, you can come back later to make changes.
Remember that while anyone at your congregation can be authorized to input the congregation’s membership number on the web site, the number that is entered must be certified as accurate by a minister or officer of the congregation. Take care when certifying your membership.
