For Congregations
Authorized congregational representatives can log in using the Data Services Login for Congregations to update the following information:
- Congregation Contact Information: You can update the congregation's contact information (including mailing and meeting addresses, phone, email, and web page). The updated information will appear in the Find a Congregation section of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) website.
- Accessibility Information: You can indicate whether your congregation is wheelchair accessible or has assisted listening devices available.
- Congregation Statistics: You can update membership, pledging, attendance, religious education enrollment, and budget numbers for the congregation.
Authorized congregational representatives can log in using a my.UUA.org account to update the following information:
- Membership List: You can update the congregation's list as new members join, so they will begin receiving the quarterly UU World magazine mailings,as well as correcting addresses that change. Congregational staff are encouraged to update this list several times per year in order to correct addresses that have been marked as undeliverable because of mail returns.
- Congregation Leaders and Staff List: You can update data about church officers. Some of this information appears in the UUA Directory. Updates should be submitted immediately following the congregation's annual meeting/election. You can make additional changes to this information any time. We encourage you to provide email addresses for leaders and staff so they can receive UUA newsletters.
Other Information
- Average Weekly Attendance is a statistic that the UUA encourages congregations to collect, calculate, and report to us during the annual Certification of Membership.
