- Congregation-Based Community Organizing Networks
Congregation-Based Community Organizing (CBCO, also called Faith-Based, Broad-Based, or sometimes Institution-Based) is a movement that seeks to establish inter-faith, cross-class, multi-ethnic and multi-racial grassroots organizations for purposes of increasing social integration and power in civil society and for making civic, regional and state-wide changes for social improvement. - Interfaith Worker Justice
Interfaith Worker Justice (IWJ) mobilizes the religious community to improve wages, benefits, and working conditions for workers. IWJ advocates for justice for all workers in the U.S.-native-born citizens, legal residents, and those who are forced to live and work in the shadows - undocumented workers and their families. - Interfaith Immigration Coalition
The Interfaith Immigration Coalition (IIC) is a partnership of faith-based organizations committed to enacting fair and humane immigration reform that reflects our mandate to welcome the stranger and treat all human beings with dignity and respect. Coalition members work together to advocate for just and equitable immigration policies, educate faith communities, and serve immigrant populations around the country. Through this coalition, hundreds of national and local faith-based organizations and faith leaders have called on Congress and the Administration to enact immigration reform consistent with these values. - National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON)
NDLON improves the lives of day laborers in the United States. To this end, NDLON works to unify and strengthens is member organizations to be more strategic and effective in their efforts to develop leadership, mobilize, and organize day laborers in order to protect and expand their civil, labor and human rights. NDLON fosters safer more humane environments for day laborer, both men and women, to earn a living, contribute to society, and integrate into the community. Find a member organization near you.
- New Sanctuary Movement
Originally started as a group of congregations pledging sanctuary support for immigrants facing deportation, the New Sanctuary Movement has since grown to protecting the interests of immigrants in general. Your congregation can become a New Sanctuary congregation. Find an NSM affiliate near you.
- Reform Immigration For America
The Campaign to Reform Immigration for America is a united national effort that brings together individuals and grassroots organizations with the mission to build support for workable comprehensive immigration reform. - Turning the Tide Coalition
The Turning the Tide Campaign is a collective effort of communities and organizations across the country unified to confront the growing wave of criminalization and separation of immigrant families. The campaign is rooted in local organizing that seeks to resist and move away from bigotry, hatred, and attrition in order to advance human rights, tolerance, and inclusion. Find a campaign near you.
- United We Dream
As a national immigrant youth-led organization, the mission of the United We Dream Network is to achieve equal access to higher education for all people, regardless of immigration status. We aim to address the inequities and obstacles faced by immigrant youth and to develop a sustainable, grassroots movement, led by immigrant youth, documented and undocumented, and children of immigrants. We use leadership development, organizing, policy advocacy, alliance building, training and capacity building to pursue our mission at the local, state and national levels. Welcoming America is a national, grassroots-driven collaborative that works to promote mutual respect and cooperation between foreign-born and U.S.-born Americans. The ultimate goal of Welcoming America is to create a welcoming atmosphere—community by community—in which immigrants are more likely to integrate into the social fabric of their adopted hometowns. Unitarian Universalist Organizations
- Unitarian Universalist (UU) Refugee and Immigrant Services and Education, Inc. (UURISE)
Provides low-cost immigration counseling and representation, refugee resettlement services, educational and advocacy programs, and outreach to immigrant victims of human trafficking, persecution, torture, domestic violence and other crimes.
- The Arizona Immigration Ministry (AZIM)
The Arizona Immigration Ministry (AZIM) is a ministry of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Phoenix with support from the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). AZIM also fosters Unitarian Universalist partnerships with organizations representing those most affected by current immigration and enforcement policies. AZIM will be active in the creation of service and witness events that are to take place at Justice GA. Finally, as Unitarian Universalists around the country prepare for Justice GA, AZIM will be a resource welcoming ministers and others to Arizona through the year, and sharing the vision for Justice GA around the nation.

- UU Statewide Advocacy Networks
The Unitarian Universalist State Advocacy Network (UUSAN) currently consists of 11 Networks. Each Network is locally based, led by UUs working under the basic principle that sustained, positive change is built through the work of organized activist with the courage to challenge and confront oppression. Through this work we seek to build our faith and give voice to Unitarian Universalist Principles in the public arena.
