Renting Space at 24 Farnsworth
The UUA’s attractive newly renovated state of the art facility is conveniently located in the historic Boston Seaport Innovation District. Our facility has a variety of large, medium, and smaller spaces available to accommodate your organization’s meetings, corporate retreats, presentations, and receptions, conferences, networking event, product launching and other events.
Our spaces that can be configured to your needs and accommodate groups from 4 to almost 200 people. Smaller rooms are conveniently located near the conference rooms for quick brainstorming or breakout sessions. Phone rooms are available for private calls or conversations.
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and videoconferencing equipment and are wheelchair accessible. On request, we can provide:
- coffee set-up, which includes coffee and tea
- ice water
Room 212: Multi-purpose room that accommodates 85 in a classroom setup, 98 seated for a lecture, or 197 standing. (Over 1400 sq. ft.)
Room 103: Conference or classroom for 10–23 people (855 sq. ft.)
Room 210: Conference room for up to 14 people (384 sq. ft.)
Room 315: Conference room for up to 22 people (534 sq. ft.)
Room 318: Conference room for up to 12 people (348 sq. ft.)
Room 219: Small group meeting room for 2–6 people (203 sq. ft.)
Room 223: Small group meeting room for 2–4 people (101 sq. ft.)

We are walking distance from South Station and the Courthouse Station on the Silver Line.
