What evidence do we have that previous marketing campaigns were effective?

The Unitarian Universalist Association has completed several regional marketing campaigns. The results have been positive. We know that advertising brings visitors to our congregations, and—if congregations are well prepared to welcome guests—it helps their membership grow.

In addition, ministers and members have reported on the incredible transformative effect of marketing campaigns on the congregational community.
