March 2011: 8th National Conference for Large Congregations
The Unitarian Universalist Association's (UUA's) 8th National Large Congregations Conference will be held in Thursday - Sunday, March 17 - 20, 2011 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Past National Conferences for Large Congregations
The conferences for large Unitarian Universalist congregations are held triennially.
The Seventh National Conference for Large Congregations, "From Perspiration to Inspiration: Spiritually Grounded Leadership for Large Congregations," was held March 13-16, 2008, in Louisville, KY.
Large Churches face unique challenges in realizing their potential for growth, health, and spiritual vitality. The Sixth Continental Conference for Large Churches, "Congregations In Good Company," was held February 17-20, 2005, in Boston, MA.
"Changing Congregations, Changing Cultures" was the theme of The Fifth Continental Conference for Large Churches. It was held November 1-4, 2001, in Portland, OR.
