Stepping Up to Staffing and Supervision, Tuesday - Thursday, September 28 - 30, 2010, an Alban Institute seminar with Susan Beaumont, Alban Senior Consultant, at Simpsonwood Conference and Retreat Center, Norcross, Georgia.
The Unitarian Universalist Association's (UUA's) 8th National Large Congregations Conference will be held in Thursday - Sunday, March 17 - 20, 2011 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The conferences for large Unitarian Universalist congregations are held triennially.
The Seventh National Conference for Large Congregations, "From Perspiration to Inspiration: Spiritually Grounded Leadership for Large Congregations," was held March 13-16, 2008, in Louisville, KY.
Large Churches face unique challenges in realizing their potential for growth, health, and spiritual vitality. The Sixth Continental Conference for Large Churches, "Congregations In Good Company," was held February 17-20, 2005, in Boston, MA.
"Changing Congregations, Changing Cultures" was the theme of The Fifth Continental Conference for Large Churches. It was held November 1-4, 2001, in Portland, OR.
