Other Procedural, Financial, Legal, and Insurance Provisions
Congregations may find it useful to put countless other provisions into their bylaws. These provisions may cover rules of procedure, indemnification, and dealing with real property. Samples of these provisions are included in the following sections, along with some other possibilities. Additionally, congregations should add to their bylaws provisions specific to their own settings and programs.- Rules of Procedure
- Indemnification
- Real Property
- Affiliated/Auxiliary Organizations
- Other Legal and Public Relations Provisions
