September (or 1 month before your service)

  • Publicize your service and special collection in your newsletter.
  • Ask for an average of $50 per member.

October (or the month of your service)

  • Have a great Association Sunday!
  • Tally and send in checks.

November (or one month after your service)

  • Thank you so much for your participation!
  • Don’t forget to send in your Association Sunday sermons!
  • Our staff will send a memo back to your congregation with the total of the number and amount of donations received on behalf of your congregation shortly after Association Sunday. We’ll email or mail that to the person listed as your Association Sunday contact.
