Renewing Worship Through Leadership
More of our congregations are developing Worship Associates (who deliver the welcome, announcements, readings, or put together whole services). To support this shared ministry, we need to develop worship sensitivities, training in public speaking, presentation, and inclusive language. We seek to create online training resources to equip ministers and worship committee chairs to run a program tailored to their congregation’s needs.
$150,000 will create a Worship Associates’ training program.
