Support for Ministers of Color
The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) has an ongoing commitment to provide support to our ministers of color for effective ministry. We seek $2.5 million to attract, encourage, and retain more ministers of color in Unitarian Universalism. The plan includes scholarships to reduce educational debt, to provide subsidized internships, and to partially subsidize salaries for their first 3 years of ministry.
