Restoring the Interdependent Web of All Existence
We are thrilled to announce that you can now make a Now is the Time Campaign gift to support the Unitarian Universalist Ministry for Earth (UUMFE)!
Your generous support will enable the UUMFE to launch an extraordinary, first-of-its-kind, national Environmental Justice Conference in 2009. This conference will be highly participatory and aim to engage the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—in an effort to equip Unitarian Universalists to advocate strenuously for environmental justice in our congregations and communities. How $1 Became $4
“I never thought I would be able in my life to give $1000 to something I believe in and love so much,” one donor shared with tears and joy in her eyes, as she handed a check for $250 to the UUA’s Stephan Papa on Association Sunday 2007.
Read about how this generous Unitarian Universalist quadrupled her gift.
And don’t forget to sign up to participate in Association Sunday 2008 to be held on October 12th.
Stewardship Sermon Award Recipient Announced!
The Annual Program Fund, the Unitarian Universalist Minister’s Association and the Liberal Religious Educators Association are proud to honor the 2008 Stewardship Sermon Award recipient: Rev. Peter Friedrichs of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Delaware County in Media, Pennsylvania.
Rev. Friedrichs’ sermon, entitled Everything is Possible, effectively explores and promotes financial support of the Unitarian Universalist faith.
