The Annual Program Fund (APF) is the largest source of un-restricted income for the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). All funding for the APF comes from our member congregations*.

Talking to Your Congregation about APF
These resources about stewardship, generosity, and the role of the UUA APF in bringing the vision of our liberal religious tradition to life are for use by individuals, congregations, and districts.

The Stewardship Sermon Award was established in 1984 and is given annually for the sermon judged most effective in exploring and promoting financial support of our UU faith. Submissions will be accepted until February 18, 2013.
Where APF Money Goes
Congregational contributions to the APF fund many aspects of the UUA.
The UUA redistributes a portion of the total APF contributions to all nineteen districts in the form of grants.
Congregational Recognition
Giving to the Annual Program Fund is recognized and affirmed by a variety of methods, including at distinction at General Assembly; and in the Annual Report on Giving.
*As covenantal partners, all member congregations are expected to contribute annually to the APF in support of the UUA.
