General Assembly 2012 will be a gathering with multiple ways of engaging in justice work for people of all ages. Joining with the people of Arizona, we will worship, witness, learn and work together. We will leave General Assembly grounded in our faith, energized for justice and with resources to bring this work home to our congregations. More information.
Start Preparing Now
- Share, create and adapt faith development materials with the GA 2012 resources project, a blog community for engagement with immigration justice work.
- Learn about the Doctrine of Discovery.
- Explore Immigration Resources on UUA.org
- Buy or order copies of The Death of Josseline by Margaret Regan from the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) Bookstore and organize a “Common Read, Common Reflection, Common Action” on Immigration in your congregation.
- Raise money to help members from your congregation attend GA.

UUA General Assembly & Conference Services professional staff coordinate logistics such as registration, housing, the exhibit hall, services to our attendees prior to General Assembly, and the GA Program. Contact General Assembly & Conference Services Office Staff.
The General Assembly Planning Committee selects the site for each General Assembly, sets the daily schedule, and determines which organizations affiliated with the UUA may present program material. In addition, the committee oversees the annual Ware Lecture, Opening Events, music, ambiance, and evening activities. Contact members of the Planning Committee.
