  • Forms for submitting Business Resolutions and Amendments to Bylaws for GA 2012 Tentative Agenda are made available to congregations and districts (Rule G-4.18.1)

  • Deadline for congregations to complete online the Annual Certification and Directory Update in order to be certified for GA and to be eligible to send voting delegates
  • Deadline for congregations to participate in the Congregational Poll on the proposed the Congregational Study/Action Issues for 2012-2016

Late February 2012

  • UUA mails a comprehensive GA packet to all congregations, which includes Notice of Meeting (Rule 4.6.1), the Tentative Agenda, registration forms, housing forms, etc.
  • Delegate credentials for General Assembly mailed to certified member congregations

May 18, 2012

June 20-24, 2012

  • General Assembly in Phoenix, AZ

Summer, 2012

  • Forms for submitting Business Resolutions and Amendments to Bylaws for GA 2013 Tentative Agenda are made available to congregations and districts (Rule G-4.18.1)

November 1, 2012

  • Deadline for Advocacy and Witness staff to prepare a Study/Action Resource Guide. The resource guide shall be made available and congregations notified of its availability.

November 15, 2012

February 1, 2013

  • Deadline for congregations to complete online the Annual Certification and Directory Update in order to be certified for GA and to be eligible to send voting delegates
  • Deadline for receipt of proposed Business Resolutions and Amendments to Bylaws and Rules from members, congregations, and districts for GA 2011

  • Delegate credentials for General Assembly, election information, and absentee ballots mailed to certified member congregations

March 1, 2013

  • Deadline for congregations and districts to submit comments regarding the Congregational Study/Action Issue and the related resource guide to the Commission on Social Witness.

May 17, 2013

June 12, 2013

  • Deadline for receipt of absentee ballots

June 19-23, 2013

  • General Assembly in Louisville, KY
