Reaching the General Assembly Audience

The General Assembly (GA) has been held every year since 1962, and attendance has grown steadily during this time. Our meeting is attended by adult and youth delegates and non-delegates from congregations, both clergy and laity. Average attendance over the past three years has been 4000 registrants.

The Program is complex and very busy, with events starting about 7:30 every morning and concluding with social activities at midnight. Over 450 events occur during the five-day Assembly.

The Printed Program features about forty pages of advertisements. Advertise in the Printed Program.

The Exhibit Hall features 50,000+ square feet of exhibit space as well as food vendors. Reserve space in the Exhibit Hall.

Literature Distribution

Materials promoting GA events, position papers on business items, and any other leaflets may be handed out by individuals, but may not be left on tables in lobbies. Materials may not be distributed near the entrance to the Plenary Hall or in a manner that impedes traffic. In the Exhibit Hall, all materials must be distributed within exhibit booths. No materials may be distributed inside the Plenary Hall except official business papers authorized by the Planning Committee.
