Congregational Life

The mission of Congregational Life staff is to:

  • Cultivate connections between congregations
  • Inspire and coach new & innovative models of “doing church”
  • Midwife & empower existing congregations & their leaders to next level of impact

Stated simply we strive to serve interdependence, innovation and impact.

Congregational Life is made up of five regional field staff teams that work with district and regional boards to support the health and growth of congregations and other Unitarian Universalist communities.

Congregational Stewardship Network (CSN)

The Congregational Life department also oversees our Unitarian Universalist Association's (UUA’s) Congregational Stewardship Network, which links congregations with major annual budget drive and capital campaign consultants.
