Certification is open; all UU congregations are asked to provide statistical and financial information, update UU Directory data, and participate in the Congregational Poll. The Poll will determine whether any or all of the five proposed Congregational Study/Action Issues will be submitted to the delegates of the 2012 General Assembly for consideration.
