November 2011 Bulletin: Reserve Your Exhibition Space for 2012 General Assembly; UUA Bookstore Offers Support for Your Congregations Book Fair; News from the Office of the President
Dear Friends,
On behalf of the staff here at the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA), I hope this message finds you well. Please allow me to highlight a couple of items for you in the paragraphs below. You can find more information on each, plus other announcements and resources, linked in the bulletin materials list that follows. Please share them with your congregation.
UUA President, Rev. Peter Morales, has recently issued a statement on the Occupy Wall Street protests. Find his statement and other resources for Economic Justice here. Also available from the President's office is a new blog, Beyond Belief; Reflections from the UUA President.
Are you interested in exhibiting at General Assembly (GA)? The General Assembly office is taking reservations for space at the GA Expo (Exhibit Hall). This year, GA will focus on education, preparation, faith-based worship, witness and service. We invite you to be a part of it!
The UUA Bookstore offers opportunities for your congregation to host a Book Fair. With the guidance and support of Bookstore staff, you can connect Unitarian Universalists with the books they will love and help to welcome newcomers with friendly reading material. Call 800-215-9076 to schedule your Book Fair today!
We hope that you enjoy all of the materials offered here and in the list below.
Kind Regards,
Michael McGlone
