We often take photographs and videos of adults and children in action as they participate in the congregational events such as worship, Religious Education (RE) classes, and social justice action. We use these images to promote our congregation and our faith in print and on the Web.
Names and other personal information about children and youth will not be included.
By signing this form, you authorize the use of your image in these photographs and video recordings.
