This is a metro area youth convention lasting two nights and one full day. The central theme of the con is "Magic CONch", based on the popular novel, Lord of the Flies. I encourage all youth that fit the requirement to join us in games, food, worship, and more.

Capacity for this event is 175 youth. If the form is closed and we are not yet at the deadline, please place your name on the waitlist. The required youth to adult ratio is 8:1.

Please plan on arriving between 7 pm and 9 pm on Friday, March 3. Departure time is 8 am on Sunday, March 5.

Fee: $30 per youth.
New this year, you may pay by credit card when you register, however that will increase your fee by $1 per person. If you pay by check or cash, you must bring that with you to the con. No credit card payments on site.

If you are unable to pay the full registration fee and need a full or partial waiver you may request that on the registration form. You will  be notified if your request is denied. Please bring your partial payment with you. Payment must be made in cash or by check made payable to UUA-CER. You cannot make a partial payment via credit card.

If this is your first conference, please read the Behavioral Expectations which describes our expectations of youth and adults attending youth events in the region and the CER Youth Event Procedures and Requirements. You will be asked about these documents in the registration process.

Registration for adults opens on February 13 at 8 pm and closes February 28.
Please note that all adults who attend must be registered by their congregation as an approved adult. If this has not yet happened, please talk with your religious educator or other congregational leader.

DAY PASS Registration 

Please complete this form to register for the DAY PASS for Saturday, March 4 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Cost for a Day Pass if $15.

WAITLIST Registration

This is a WAITLIST form for the All Souls NY Con scheduled for March 3-5, 2017 at the All Souls UU Church, New York, NY.  You will be notified by email if space becomes available to accommodate you. All communications for WAITLIST status will be conducted via email.
