Webinar: The Best Annual Budget Drive Ever Part 1

We are excited to offer a series of three 90-minute webinars designed to help Unitarian Universalist congregations in the Central East Region apply stewardship best practices to improve the effectiveness of their annual budget drives. The webinars will be held on successive Monday evenings in the Spring to provide a springboard for effective planning for Fall 2017 and Winter/Spring 2018 drives. While each webinar is stand-alone, participants are strongly encouraged to attend all three.
Cost of each session is $30 per connection. If a congregation wishes to gather a group to watch together, you need only register and pay once as long as there will only be one computer/phone connection to the webinar. Session 1 Vision, Planning, and Organizing – Participants will be invited to reflect on their recent campaigns and learn how to generate new ideas, new themes, and attract new people. Consider what have we not done for a while, what stewardship message does our congregation need this year, what would we do with more money. With that backdrop, how can we recruit a leadership/core team, create a schedule, a theme, a case for giving, and get everything ready for kick-off.
