All currently participating employers must submit a new Employer Participation Agreement to the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) Retirement Plan Committee by June 30, 2014, to signal their intended adoption, including implementation date, if they wish to remain a participating employer in the Unitarian Universalist Organizations Retirement Plan ("the Plan") as Restated. Until their new Agreement is received and acknowledged, Employers continue to operate under their existing participation agreement and the Plan document before 2014 restatement (PDF, 50 pages).
Congregations and UUA-related organizations not currently participating in the Plan may request a Participation Agreement at any time; write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
